Forest Hills Ventures digital services are private and invitation-only. Every authorised workspace is access-controlled, monitored and auditable — this page describes those controls at a level appropriate for a public audience.
Invitation-only access
Accounts are created only by invitation from an administrator. There is no public self-registration for any digital service.
Role-based permissions
Authorised users see and access only what their role and organisation have been granted.
Multi-factor authentication
Sign-in can require identity verification in addition to a password, and enrolment must complete before an account becomes active.
Secure credential handling
Passwords are never stored in plain form; security-sensitive secrets are encrypted at rest.
Audit trails
Account and administrative activity relevant to security is logged for review.
Customer workspace separation
Customer data and workspaces are kept separate from one another and from other customers.
Access revocation
Access can be suspended or removed promptly when it is no longer authorised — for example when a user changes role or leaves an organisation.
